What is the Subaru Loves to Care Initiative?
Here at Subaru, we believe in the power of compassion and kindness. We believe in being an overwhelmingly positive force for good in our communities. Through our relationships and partnerships with other retailers, we want to make the world a better place.
Since 2016, Subaru has been a proud partner with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to provide warmth, care, relief, and tangible items to cancer patients and their families. LLS’s mission is to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, all while improving the quality of lives for patients and their families. By the end of last year, through our Love Promise and Subaru Loves To Care® initiative, Subaru and it’s retailers were able to deliver more than 230,000 blankets, 31,000 arts and crafts kits, and thousands of messages of hope to patients all across the country.
How Wyatt Johnson Subaru Is Helping
This June, we’re so proud to announce that, through our continuing partnership with Tennova Healthcare and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and as part of the Subaru Love Promise, we will be donating and delivering 80 warm blankets and messages of hope to cancer patients being treated at hospitals, treatment centers, and oncology practices across the country!
With this donation, Wyatt Johnson Subaru is directly supporting the LLS mission of providing support and advocacy for patients, survivors, their caregivers, and the healthcare professionals there on the front lines. We’ve even received the 2023 Subaru Love Promise Community Commitment Award, which nationally recognizes Subaru retailers who demonstrate unbridled passion and dedication to making their communities a better place.
We know that together, we can make a huge positive difference to those who are bravely facing the fight of their lives.
