To bring joy and encouragement to those receiving care at Tennova, our team donated customized blankets that fold into pillows, stationary supplies, and crafts. On July 11, 2024, a group of local student volunteers from VolunTeen gave out the gifts and care kits to Tennova patients, and it was truly heartwarming to see how the teens interacted with those staying at the hospital. The gifts boosted the patients’ moods, and being visited by caring volunteers brought a smile to the faces of those undergoing treatment.
Partnering with Tennova Healthcare gave us the opportunity to live out the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. This is Subaru’s way of supporting those facing medical challenges, bringing hope to patients and their families.
